Green Team-I am a member. I attended many Green Team meetings and included my input and ideas.
ElA and Social Studies Curriculum Nights- I volunteered during PACE Academy’s ELA and Social Studies Night. During the ELA Night, I led a Fact and Opinion Game. For Social Studies Night, my students generate monologues and became an African American Wax Sculptures. They then presented their speech when their ‘button’ was pushed. Many dressed their part. My room was a holding room for the students to prepare prior to the event.
Jean Day- I often participated in Jean Day to support many PACE causes.
Pennies for Patients- As we class we collected over money for the Pennies for Patient campaign.
